A residential market, not a rental fleet

Magnolia Springs’ cart market looks nothing like the condo corridor along the coast. Homes here tend to sit on larger, river-adjacent lots, and a cart is more likely to be a personal vehicle used to get around a property, down to the water, or through the small historic district than a unit cycling through weekly vacation renters. It is closer in character to Foley’s or Lillian’s market than to Orange Beach’s.

Street legality: unconfirmed

Magnolia Springs incorporated in 2006, so unlike Fort Morgan, Lillian, and Bon Secour it does have its own town government and its own municipal code. We looked for a Magnolia Springs golf cart ordinance comparable to Orange Beach’s Chapter 70, Article VIII or Gulf Shores’ Section 21-13 and did not find one published. That does not confirm carts cannot be driven on a Magnolia Springs street, only that we could not verify a designated-street list, permit process, or equipment requirement specific to the town to describe here. What actually wears on a Magnolia Springs cart
